Complaints book

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, we put at your disposal a Virtual Complaints Book so that you can register your Complaints or Claims regarding products and services.

    Claim: Disagreement related to projects or services.
    Complaint: Disagreement not related to projects or services; or, discomfort or discontent regarding customer service.

    * The formulation of the claim does not prevent you from resorting to other means of dispute resolution nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
    * The supplier must respond to the claim within a period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days, and may extend the period for up to thirty (30) more days, after notifying the consumer.
